Had a procedure done with friends in Quayside Medical in Derry. From the first call i had with Nurse Mary McLaughlin everything was so straight forward and explained to me in detail. On the day the two nurses Mary and Orla made me feel really comfortable and guided me through everything. Dr Devlin was also very professional and he followed up with me afterwards explaining everything went well from results. Really happy with the service and can't recommend them enough!

I used Friends Medical Service to get a full blood check completed when I was unable to get an appointment with my own GP. I found the service prompt & very efficient. Staff whom I dealt with were utterly professional & the environment was welcoming. There was a quick turnaround of results followed by a consultation with one of the doctors to clarify & discuss the feedback. I was very happy with the service received & would use Friends Medical again in the future if required. Thank you!

Attended Friends Medical for an ultrasound. Booked and got an appointment within 2 days and at a time of my choosing. Arrived a little early and was being seen b4 my scheduled time . Radiologist /receptionist and nurse were all very pleasant and totally professional throughout. My scan results and my options were explained to me in detail by the Radiologist and I received a detailed summary letter a few days later. On the whole I cannot recommend Friends Medical enough . A top class service.
